TECH & Engineering Exchange Program

Duration: 1-2 semesters (30-60 ECTS credits)

Academic calendar:

• fall semester: September - early February
• spring semester: February - end of June (internship may last until the end of August)

Type of studies: on-campus, lectures, seminars, lab work, project work

Language of instruction: English (for the catalogue of courses taught in French, please consult the respective study programme webpage)

STUDENTS UNDER ERASMUS OR COOPERATION AGREEMENTS

1. Contact the International Relations Office (IRO) of your University to verify the existence of a Cooperation Agreement (ERASMUS, BRAFITEC, etc.) with Mines Nancy and your eligibility to participate in the exchange program.

2. Once you are pre-selected by your home University, your IRO shall send us your application file including the following documents to info@minesnancy.com:

• The completed registration form and the list of chosen courses
• Your CV and a cover letter written in English or French (depending on the chosen study track)
• A copy of your recent Diploma and current academic transcripts
• A copy of your identity document (passport)
  Application deadline: April 13th

3. Your application will be evaluated by the academic jury which will validate or not your admission to the Mines Nancy exchange program.

4. If admitted, you will receive an Acceptance letter via email and will be instructed on further organizational procedures

FREE MOVING STUDENTS

1. Contact the International Relations Office (IRO) of your University to verify your eligibility to participate in the exchange program.

2. Once your nomination is confirmed, please go to the E-Candidat platform, follow the steps, and ensure you upload all the required documents.

• Confirmation letter from your IRO stating the approval of your participation in the Mines Nancy exchange program.
• The completed registration form and the list of chosen courses
• Your CV and a cover letter written in English or French (depending on the chosen study track)
• A copy of your recent Diploma and current academic transcripts
• A copy of your identity document (passport)
  Application deadline: April 13th

3. Your file will be evaluated by the academic jury which will accept or not your application.

4. If your application is accepted, you will be required to settle the necessary registration/tuition fees.

5. Once, the necessary payment is done, you will receive an Acceptance Letter via the platform and will be instructed on further organizational procedures

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Our interdisciplinary programme allows students to build their own curriculum by choosing courses from different Mines Nancy study programmes and scientific fields. As these courses are offered by various departments and programmes, overlapping schedules may occasionally occur.

If some of your initially selected courses overlap in the timetable, you will be asked to adjust your choices and select alternative courses so that your final study plan remains coherent and feasible. Academic advisors will be available to support and guide you throughout this process and help you define the most appropriate study pathway.
